We’re always trying to make our points program more rewarding for our users. This year we upped our referral points from 2,000 to 5,000 (that’s enough points to redeem for a FREE $5 amazon.ca e-gift card), and for a limited time we had introduced a 10,000 Welcome Points for new customers.

Here are 5 quick and easy ways to collect more points and get more free stuff even faster:

  1. When you verify your account – aka complete your profile to confirm your personal details (how easy is that?) you will collect 1,000 bonus points.
  2. Pay 5 different bills in one month and get 1,000 bonus points or pay 3 different bills in one month and earn 500 bonus points.
  3. Spread the news on social media using #paytmcanada and tag us @paytmcanada so that you can collect up to 1,000 bonus points.
  4. Add a new bill and pay it to receive 250 bonus points.
  5. Pay the same bill for 12 months and collect 10% Loyalty Bonus Points

Hi, I am Jason Wong and I was notified by one of your associates online from a call from Paytm that they will garuntee me a $10 reward if I only sign up. I was actually interested in using this app as a bill payer since it is reliable. But now it forces me to pay a bill to claim my registration reward which goes against the garantee that I was promised. I want to claim the reward so then I can use the app properly. I need assistance as I feel unappreciated and feeling that I now need to insert my personal information to get something. In compensation I want to access a $10 Tim Horton’s card but I was denied. Please help me as I will utilize this in my later on years.

Hi, my brother Rishab Alex got the PayTM Canada App and he verified his account and he was able to use the welcome points to get a gift card. I also downloaded the app and I am trying to verify my account to be able use my welcome points. But it was won’t verify my account. Although we have the same address

I’m stuck earning regular points since for some reason I didn’t qualify for the 10000 pts sign up and now I see that there’s another 10000 for paying that first bill. So unfair! While I’m busy earning every single point I have (which hasn’t even hit the 10K mark yet), others already have 20000 just because they signed up a few weeks later. I’m getting punished for signing up too early which should be the reverse!

I paid a bill and it’s posted to my account, but the 20000 points haven’t been added to my account

I didn’t get 10,000 points after paying atleast $25 bill payment.
It says that you will receive 10,000 bonus points at end of the month.
