We truly value your feedback, especially for ways that we can improve the Paytm Canada app. Recently, we’ve received questions from multiple customers asking us for more information regarding our transaction limits. Our customers asked us why we had these limits in place.

Many felt that our transaction limits were too low, and that they were unable to make higher value bill payments in one go, which we understand can be frustrating. For example, if you were going to make a payment of $3,000 for your property taxes you would have to pay it in two or three smaller value payments. Instead of paying it in one shot.

We have implemented these rules and limits, to deter fraudsters from scamming the system. Over the last 15 months, 200 fraudsters have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars. Every dollar that we lose towards a fraudulent transaction, hinders our ability to provide you with more contests, more promotions and of course more value.

Providing our customers the best bill payment experience, is our top priority. We want the Paytm Canada app to continue being safe and secure. While we continue to question transactions that we believe are fraudulent, we’re also striving to find ways to provide greater flexibility to our loyal customers. And, we want to thank you for your patience and loyal support.
